7) MARGARET2 MCCRACKEN (James1) was born about 1785, and died before 1835. She married JOHN P. DALE before 1822 in Clearfield county, PA, son of WILLIAM DALE and ANN BAILEY. He was born September 13, 1799, and died October 04, 1883 in Pike township, Clearfield county, PA.
In 1840, John P. Dale was one of the founding members of the M. E. church. He was personally identified as a leader in the church and revival meetings.

iii) MARY DALE, b. about 1830.
iv) MARGARET DALE, b. about 1832; d. 1885; m. EDWARD BROOKS, February 21, 1850, Clearfield county, PA. She died leaving three sons and three daughters.
v) ANGELINA DALE, b. about 1833; d. 1850; m. JOHN AMMON.
